THE BRIEF
Experts in the software, Salesforce/Pardot, created a new masterclass focused on leveraging extensive Pardot (Salesforce) knowledge within a short time frame. The event provided essential information for both beginners and advanced users, held live at the JW Marriott in Austin, TX. This masterclass marked the company's first live event, necessitating branding that conveyed trust and professionalism quickly. The website needed to address all questions and concerns, as there was no capacity for live customer service. The sign-up as well as the flight and hotel booking processes required clarity and simplicity.
THE SOLUTION
It was crucial for the branding to stand out among the competition while also complementing the company's scientific identity. I developed the name Pardot Prodigy, crafted the visual identity, and integrated it across all platforms, including web, email, social media, Google ad campaigns, event signage, and promotional materials. The website interface and navigation established a smooth flow from sign-up to event arrival. I created a comprehensive and branded email engagement studio for each process step. The event required an Austin touch with a custom happy hour menu featuring Salesforce/Pardot-themed drinks.
